Thursdays 5:30 – 6:30
In this class, you are guaranteed to have fun while getting healthy! We will incorporate fun ways to exercise, prepare nutritious snacks and learn how to play all the games at IC by the rules. We are inviting seasoned pool, ping pong and carpet ball players to come teach participants.
