Teresa Graves has long believed in the mission of Inclusion Connections and the incredible opportunities it creates for young adults with disabilities. As co-founder of KC Warrior Moms of Down Syndrome, Teresa’s passion for inclusion runs deep—especially as the proud mom of 5-year-old Bellamy, who is rocking an extra chromosome. She's excited to walk the runway alongside Faith Michels. Her connection with Faith began over a year ago at PawsAbilities when Faith joyfully showed off her new engagement ring. Since then, Teresa has admired Faith’s energy, humor, and kindness. Faith loves theatre, music, and makeup, and dreams of one day living with her sister Cara and working in a nail salon.

    Inclusion Connections empowers young adults with developmental disabilities to pursue their goals and thrive. From job training and employment at PawsAbilities, to theater, arts, and fitness programs, to the future BelongKC supportive living community, every program is designed to build independence and belonging.

    FashionAbility is our signature fundraiser that makes these life-changing opportunities possible and every team on the runway represents the dreams of our students.

    Your donation doesn’t just support an event — it changes lives. A gift of $50 provides transportation so a student can get to work. With $100, you can cover an entire week of job coaching. A contribution of $250 opens the door for students to take part in arts and fitness programs that build confidence and friendships.
