Our Story
Inclusion Connections understands the pivotal importance of providing services that cater to individuals with developmental disabilities. While there are opportunities for educational and social development for children in school, the greatest need arises after high school graduation. At IC, we strive to address this demand and empower individuals with the support they require to navigate their post-graduation journey successfully.
