Why Your Support Matters to Debbie & Christina

Debbie Petrak, Director of Business Development at Lever1, joined Top Model because she loves supporting Inclusion Connections and all of the amazing students. She’s thrilled to partner with Christina Eidt, who has been part of Inclusion Connections for more than 10 years. Christina lights up the stage in IC Theatre, loves selling PawsAbilities products at pop-ups, and proudly speaks about the program in the community. She works at the Lenexa Rec Center and with PawsAbilities, where she is especially proud to earn her own money. Christina dreams of working with dogs, becoming a vet, and growing her independence by working more hours.

    Inclusion Connections empowers young adults with developmental disabilities to pursue their goals and thrive. From job training and employment at PawsAbilities, to theater, arts, and fitness programs, to the future BelongKC supportive living community, every program is designed to build independence and belonging.

    FashionAbility is our signature fundraiser that makes these life-changing opportunities possible and every team on the runway represents the dreams of our students.

    Your donation doesn’t just support an event — it changes lives. A gift of $50 provides transportation so a student can get to work. With $100, you can cover an entire week of job coaching. A contribution of $250 opens the door for students to take part in arts and fitness programs that build confidence and friendships.
