Alex Snook, Founder and CEO of Onsight, joined Top Model because he wanted to give back to his community in a meaningful way and partnering with Micah was the perfect fit, especially since they both share a history working at pizza places. Micah Nelsen has been part of Inclusion Connections for 2 years and loves making dog treats, listening and dancing to music, sports, and spending time with friends. He’s proud of his job at Minsky’s Pizza, where he dreams of building a future and one day marrying his girlfriend.

    Inclusion Connections empowers young adults with developmental disabilities to pursue their goals and thrive. From job training and employment at PawsAbilities, to theater, arts, and fitness programs, to the future BelongKC supportive living community, every program is designed to build independence and belonging.

    FashionAbility is our signature fundraiser that makes these life-changing opportunities possible and every team on the runway represents the dreams of our students.
