Why Your Support Matters to Jill, Courtney & Anna

Jill Maloney and Courtney Oddo joined Top Model in loving memory and shared purpose. Jill is participating in honor of her little sister, Jan, who was born with Down syndrome and filled her family’s lives with joy — what Jill affectionately calls “UPS Syndrome.” Jill and Courtney both work at Oddo Development, which is proud to support Inclusion Connections and inclusive living opportunities for adults with disabilities.

They are honored to walk alongside Anna Weinand, who has been part of Inclusion Connections for 10 years. Known for her big heart, Anna loves sports, reading, and spending time with friends and family. She thrives in the CONNECT program at JCCC and dreams of living independently, becoming a fashion designer, and one day having a dog named Baby.

    Inclusion Connections empowers young adults with developmental disabilities to pursue their goals and thrive. From job training and employment at PawsAbilities, to theater, arts, and fitness programs, to the future BelongKC supportive living community, every program is designed to build independence and belonging.

    FashionAbility is our signature fundraiser that makes these life-changing opportunities possible and every team on the runway represents the dreams of our students.

    Your donation doesn’t just support an event — it changes lives. A gift of $50 provides transportation so a student can get to work. With $100, you can cover an entire week of job coaching. A contribution of $250 opens the door for students to take part in arts and fitness programs that build confidence and friendships.
