Josh Palmer, Senior Credit Officer at UMB, joined Top Model to support the incredible students at Inclusion Connections and ensure they have access to meaningful opportunities. He is proud to walk the runway with Matt Santaularia, who has been part of IC for over 9 years. Matt enjoys making pull toys at PawsAbilities, attending CLEAR classes at JCCC, and working at Crunch Fitness. In his free time, he loves PS4, watching sports, creating TikTok videos, and indulging in his favorite food—chicken strips. Matt hopes to one day live on his own, and achieving that will be his proudest accomplishment.

From job training and employment at PawsAbilities, to theater, arts, and fitness programs, to the future BelongKC supportive living community, every program is designed to build independence and belonging.
