Leigha Kneedler, Project Coordinator at Spaces Inc, joined Top Model because she loves what PawsAbilities stands for and is inspired by the students and the meaningful opportunities IC provides, having also cheered on her son Gage when he participated as a Top Model in 2024. Leigha is proud to be partnered with Bailey Tinder, who has been part of IC for 4 years. Bailey loves theatre class, making treats, and helping at pop-ups, and she works at the YMCA, where she takes pride in her contributions. In her free time, she enjoys music and spending time with family. Bailey dreams of getting married and living independently.

    Inclusion Connections empowers young adults with developmental disabilities to pursue their goals and thrive. From job training and employment at PawsAbilities, to theater, arts, and fitness programs, to the future BelongKC supportive living community, every program is designed to build independence and belonging.

    FashionAbility is our signature fundraiser that makes these life-changing opportunities possible and every team on the runway represents the dreams of our students.
