Michelle Pfister was first introduced to Inclusion Connections several years ago and was instantly hooked—she loves the mission and finds joy spending time with the amazing students. She’s joined this year by her colleague, Erica Banks, with Landmark National Bank, who attended the FashionAbility Gala last year and knew right away she wanted to be involved. Together, they are proud to partner with Emily Edwards, who has been part of Inclusion Connections for 5 years. Emily enjoys making pull toys, frosting dog treats, and working in the kitchen at IC, and she’s especially proud to be graduating from JCCC this fall. With a passion for history and science, she dreams of building her own business and one day working in a museum.

From job training and employment at PawsAbilities, to theater, arts, and fitness programs, to the future BelongKC supportive living community, every program is designed to build independence and belonging.

Your donation doesn’t just support an event — it changes lives. A gift of $50 provides transportation so a student can get to work. With $100, you can cover an entire week of job coaching. A contribution of $250 opens the door for students to take part in arts and fitness programs that build confidence and friendships.
