He’s proud to stand beside his student partner, Michael Billings, whose kind heart and big dreams inspire everyone around him. Michael has been part of Inclusion Connections for over a year, where he enjoys learning new skills, making dog treats, and spending time with his friends. Outside of IC, he loves playing basketball, singing karaoke, and channeling his inner Elvis Presley—he’s never one to miss a chance to perform! Michael dreams of one day having his own place, getting married, and building a career that helps him live independently.

    Inclusion Connections empowers young adults with developmental disabilities to pursue their goals and thrive. From job training and employment at PawsAbilities, to theater, arts, and fitness programs, to the future BelongKC supportive living community, every program is designed to build independence and belonging.

    FashionAbility is our signature fundraiser that makes these life-changing opportunities possible and every team on the runway represents the dreams of our students.
