Kaci Nowak, VP-Management at Colliers, and Jared Nowak, Corporate Recruiter at Gecko Hospitality, joined Top Model because they believe Inclusion Connections is a wonderful organization that provides amazing opportunities for students. They’re thrilled to partner with Alexis Cutler, who has been part of IC for 7 years. Alexis shines at PawsAbilities making sniff mats, works at Sweet Tees, and lights up the stage in IC Theatre—most recently dazzling audiences as the Wicked Witch in The Wizard of Oz. She loves hanging out with friends and dreams of traveling to Israel and Japan, and one day becoming a comedian.

    Inclusion Connections empowers young adults with developmental disabilities to pursue their goals and thrive. From job training and employment at PawsAbilities, to theater, arts, and fitness programs, to the future BelongKC supportive living community, every program is designed to build independence and belonging.

    FashionAbility is our signature fundraiser that makes these life-changing opportunities possible and every team on the runway represents the dreams of our students.
