On February 8, 2020 the 5th annual Inclusion Connections Gala FashionAbility was held at Olathe Embassy Suites, with a sold-out crowd of more than 600 attendees. Rex Hudler (Kansas City Royals) and his wife Jennifer served as Honorary Chairs, while Joe Chiodo (KCTV5 Kansas City anchor) and Jennifer Bertrand (host of Home & Garden Television’s Paint-Over! and the season three champion of HGTV Design Star) returned to emcee. Dozens of Inclusion Connections PawsAbilities students graced the stage, in a musical performance as well as being honored individually onstage for their achievements and successes. All proceeds support the organization and its innovative PawsAbilities skills training and job placement program.
